Some people wonder why I don’t go around proposing my motivational seminars to companies or individuals. I’m missing huge opportunities by not making the first step, they insist. My answer is simple: A speaker cannot be interesting if he keeps proposing his services, tilting at windows like Don Quixote, and trying to impress others. I believe a thoughtful speaker never imposes his speeches on others but waits until he is invited to do so. And once invited, the best way to perform is to speak from the heart, and from the heart only…that’s where passion and energy dwell
