A cloudy, quiet and heavy morning may often spell boredom, indolence and inactivity. It may also mean more comfort zone, more gratification, more coffee, more TV and more lazing around. Shake off that state of mind the second it shows up. Observe and acknowledge it without fighting it. Bow before it, show your respect, embrace and understand it for what it is and let it go. As you allow it to fade away with dignity it will give birth to its opposite, a state of elation, joy, motivation and worthy activity.
