Help me believe in you, please. Help me trust you, please. I’m allowing you to take care of some of my concerns because I’m so busy elsewhere. Delegating can be a source of relief and even joy when you’re certain the tasks will be well taken care of by those you hire and trust. But, how can you be certain about the honesty of those to whom you delegate important missions? How can you be certain, they’re doing their best in representing your interests and even your name? How can you be certain they’re taking care of your customers with respect and consideration? How can you be certain they’re not pilfering the money you entrusted them with? Should you be watching them or should you just have faith and trust them all the way. But, what can you actually do about that lingering doubt that wouldn’t budge from your heart and that’s telling you something is wrong?
