The best way to make headway in your career as a young man is simple but hard to apply since it requires self-confidence, self-reliance and self-discipline. What is this way I can almost hear you asking? Here is the answer if I may: Do whatever work is assigned to you with diligence, excellence and promptness. Don’t waste your precious time. Plough ahead, work hard and do the thing. Submit the results of your work with clarity, authenticity and promptness. You will then be known as a reliable, hard-working and assiduous character. We may therefore conclude that there are no shortcuts to becoming a successful and worthy individual.
