The unsettled, agitated mind is weak while the steady and poised one is strong. Usually, the former develops from fear which turns strength into weakness while the latter is the result of faith which produces power. If, therefore, we decided to adopt a positive mental attitude toward even the most excruciating events or circumstances, we would have almost solved them within our consciousness.
