Worrying is nothing but a state of mind. It depends solely on our thoughts and we can therefore control it. But, considering how complex the mind and its maddening inner chatter are, we can at least try to understand what’s going on in our heads. There are two things that may help us fight this colossal battle against ourselves: First, if we can do something about what’s worrying us then why worry. We should simply go ahead and do whatever we can do about it there and then. Second, if we can’t do anything about what’s worrying us then why worry. Since things are now out of our hands, we should simply rely on the heavens and hope for the best!
